These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website coronetcoffee.co.ke (the "Site"), operated by Coronet Treasure Limited ("Coronet", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
01Use of the Site
The Site presents information about Coronet and its coffee trading services and allows you to contact us and request quotations. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access to any systems; scrape or harvest content or data in bulk without permission; introduce malicious code; or use the Site to send unlawful, misleading or infringing material.
02Information, not an offer
Content on the Site — including grade descriptions, statistics and imagery — is provided for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer. Quotations, prices, availability, specifications and delivery terms are only binding when confirmed by Coronet in a written agreement or written confirmation for a specific transaction. All trades are subject to our applicable contract terms agreed at the time of sale.
03Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including the Coronet name, logos, text, graphics, photographs and design — are owned by or licensed to Coronet and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download and print content for your personal or internal business use in evaluating our services. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written consent.
04Communications via WhatsApp and email
Our forms hand your message to WhatsApp for you to review and send. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us through any channel.

Liability under any concluded trade contract is governed by that contract, not these Terms.

09Changes and availability
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice.
10Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes arising from use of the Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
